Due to the large amount of water vapor and corrosive medium in the setting machine, the temperature and pressure are high, which often causes poor contact of the electrical switch contacts and causes short circuit. Due to the damage of the mechanical part, the original winding roller self-stop device can not transmit the parking signal in time, and the large-volume roller is often entangled in the production process of the shaping process, resulting in full-line parking. The new alarm system has been effective since it was put into production in December last year. When the original large roller was parked on the whole line, it took 6 hours to process the problem of the winding roller. Now it can be processed within 20 minutes, completely eliminating the phenomenon that the whole production line is stopped due to the winding roller.
